We recommend visiting our website to stay updated on the latest arrivals and to check the availability of our items. If the size you are interested in is currently out of stock but has a "Coming soon" option, you can provide us your email address, and we will notify you if it becomes available. It's important to note that this notification service does not guarantee a reservation of the item.

We only carry limited a quantity of each style. If you find one of these items appealing, we encourage you to make a purchase before the item sells out. Items put on hold in our boutique do not always get reserved on the website and can be sold at any moment.

Additionally, on each item's page, you will find our suggestions to help you complete your desired look or discover similar products that may interest you.

Deliveries

We strive to dispatch packaged items within 24 hours. Sundays' excluded. Delivery times may vary based on distance and other factors, but we prioritize getting packages to customers as quickly as possible. Please note that actual delivery times depend on various factors, including distance and external circumstances. We work with reliable shipping carriers to provide estimated delivery times during checkout. If you have any concerns or questions, our customer service team can assist you.

Warranty 

All our items follow strict quality controls, so you receive  enjoy them in the best conditions. If you would like to learn more about particular product or exchange the item just email us at team@softerclothes.com so we can assist you.

You can request a detailed video of your item prior to purchase. As a small brand we focus on delivering the highest quality fabrics and craftsmanship. If our quality does not satisfy you have 7 days to return. Items returned within 15 days are eligible for a store credit. 

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.

If you would like to return an item by mail: 

  • To initiate, please contact our customer service team via email providing your order details and reasons for the exchange.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process, providing you with an exchange authorization number (EAN) and any additional instructions.
  • The cost of shipping for the item return is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of the package.
  • Please include the EAN number on the exchange package for efficient processing.
  • Please note that all returned items must be in pristine condition and free from any smells, stains, or rips. We kindly ask that you ensure the items are in the same condition as when they were received. This policy ensures that we can uphold our high quality standards and offer our customers the best experience. Please be aware that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other factors. We recommend contacting our customer service team for further information.
