Refund policy

We want you to absolutely love every piece you choose from Incanto Moda Italiana. Please take your time when making your selection and make sure it’s the perfect piece for you.

• Refunds are accepted within 3 days of purchase.
• From day 4 through day 7, items may be returned for store credit only. A $25 restocking fee applies.
• After 7 days, all sales are final.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, stains, odors, or removed tags cannot be accepted.

Sale and discounted merchandise is final sale.
